Workshop FAQs

What do I wear to your workshops (STAGES 1-3)?
Wear comfortable workout or dance attire. If you aren't comfortable you probably aren't going to learn very well.  If you are comfortable baring your mid-section, doing so during the workshops is good practice since it is a common requirement at auditions. Wear dance or athletic shoes that will give you the support you need and allow you to jump, turn, leap and move quickly.

How do you suggest I wear my hair/makeup?
To receive the best feedback on your style, you should come with hair down and styled and with makeup that compliments your face.  The more complete your look, the easier it is for us to give you tips on making it better.

What do I need to bring with me?
Water and a healthy snack are always a good idea to pack in case you need them.

What should I expect to happen during the day?
You will learn sports-specific performance choreography for two hours.  You will review turns, leaps, kicks, stretching and other techniques.  You will receive instruction on total body wellness and emotional self-mastery.  Overall it's a fun day filled with many parts that make up a TOTAL PACKAGE!  At the end an instructional DVD, CD and a Wynning Teams performance top are available to you for purchase.

How long is the workshop?
See details under registration.

Can I attend more than one workshop or are they all the same instruction?
You can attend more than one workshop.  The instruction will be similar in each one.  The benefit to going more than once is that "practice makes perfect" and you might catch some of what you miss going through it just once.

What is the cost of each workshop?

If my whole team signs up for a workshop do we get a discount?

What is the instructor to student ratio?
One instructor to every 25 dancers.
One instructor to every 10 participants during the wellness training.
