The Wynning Team

In June of 2003, Wynning Teams was formed for the sole purpose of managing two professional sports preformance teams: 1) the AFL's Chicago Adrenaline Rush Dancers and 2) the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks Ice Crew (which we still manage today).

By 2011, the owner, Wynne Lacey, had attained a master-level certification in performance coach training in hopes of offsetting the intense pressures the Chicago Blackhawks Ice Crew faced through three NHL Stanley Cup Championship seasons in six years (2010, 2013, 2015).  This performance training ensured that the Ice Crew not only "survived," but continues to this day to be a growing and dynamic part of the Blackhawks' Game Day Presentation and Marketing Department.

Today Wynne focuses her efforts mainly on the Wynning Teams' ProCHEER Division which stands for "Professional Cheerleading Hub for Entrepreneurship, Education, and Research." Check out the ProCHEER tab on this website for more information!
