Tips From The Pros

Workshops & Coaching

STAGE 1:
This workshop is for a team of young ladies in high school or college who want to improve their team morale or performance level.

STAGE 2:
This workshop is for women (16 years +) looking to audition for a college or professional sports franchise.  Juniors and Seniors in high school are welcome to attend for early exposure or for the added benefits that can be brought back to the high school or all-star team they are currently a member.

STAGE 2 SPECIAL - TEAM SPECIFIC:
This is a special workshop for women looking to audition for the Chicago Blackhawks Ice Crew. No dancing instruction.  Focus is put on body wellness and presentation specific to the team's requirements.

STAGE 3:
This workshop is for professional dance/cheer squads looking to increase their professionalism, improve their team morale and/or bring their performance level to its peak.  This can be custom made to solve problems unique to your team's main issues.  Doing the skills together as a team helps to bond teammates so that consistency and progress are made.  A mentoring program can be introduced if the team desires.

STAGE 4:
Personal one-on-one coaching in developing your life potential beyond cheerleading.  Your coach provides feedback to sustain and improve your performance in all areas of your life, not just cheerleading/dance.

"Be the best that you can be", should be a no brainer right? But for some of us it's not that easy. Some of us just need a little push in the right direction, something or someone to motivate you to want to exceed what you have come to know as "your best", and to give you the confidence to believe that you are capable of doing so.  I whole heartedly believe that being under the direction of Wynne has been a pivotal point in my life.  Not only has she encouraged me to become a better performer, and to strengthen my skills as a dancer, she has also guided me to be confident as a person in my professional and personal life alike.  In an attempt to become a quality dancer, I have evolved into a positive and secure woman, and now understand that the two truly go hand in hand.

I wanted to send you an email, this pass weekend I had auditioned for the Indianaplois Colts Cheerleaders, I had made it on to the finals where they have a 3 week "boot camp". I just wanted to take time to thank you for everything I've learned so far this year. I feel I grew so much as a dancer, and as a young lady in my experience with you. I feel I gained so much from being on your team. You really inspired me to try my best always, in all aspects of my life. I appreciate the time you took with us individually in the start of practices to evaluate ourselves. I learned a lot about myself, as well as how I perform. I felt like the halftime performances were some of the times I looked my best as a dancer.
